8+ years leading operations, ideally within a scaling service-division environment focused on bookkeeping, payroll, tax, or unified small-business financial solutions
Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
Track record of serving as a modernizing operations leader who establishes clear strategy within structural ambiguity rather than maintaining legacy procedures
Effective cross-functional collaboration skills required to smoothly align complex service workflows with broader product and platform roadmaps
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience
Experience working with home services professionals, contractors, or similar industry segments
Knowledge of industry best practices in integrated accounting platforms, tax systems, and modern payroll technology
Experience managing teams of 25+ members, including remote operational structures, with a proven ability to scale and transform multi-disciplinary service capabilities
Broad working understanding of accounting principles, modern payroll compliance, and commercial tax workflows sufficient to guide sound operating process design

CPA, EA, or similar industry-standard professional financial certification is a plus

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $96,000-$120,000.
