- Serve as the go-to Workday expert across key modules, advising leaders and partners on innovative capabilities and best‑in‑class design.
- Translate business needs into intuitive, scalable solutions that enhance user experience and deliver measurable value.
- Drive our Workday roadmap, partnering with stakeholders to define priorities, optimize existing processes, and introduce new features.
- Own the Configuration
- Lead end-to-end Workday configuration efforts with a focus on high-quality design and seamless execution.
- Conduct functional QA, ensure governance standards are met, and support smooth deployments across environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience required.
- Specific certifications are often required.

- $50,000.00 - $202,800.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
- This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
