About the role
- Leadbox is currently seeking an outstanding Bilingual (EN/FR) Account Coordinator (we call them Dealer Success Coordinators) to join our Operations team working EST hours.
- Your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks behind the scenes.
- You will ensure every service request has complete information before it reaches our execution teams, every system is accurate and up to date, and every client in your pod has operational visibility - whether they spend $2,000 or $20,000 a month.
Responsibilities
- This is a new and critical role - you will be the operational backbone behind a team of Dealer Success Managers (DSMs) who manage relationships with our automotive dealership clients across Canada.
- You will coordinate across service teams (Digital Advertising, SEO, Web Development, Design, Support) to ensure multi-service clients stay aligned on priorities and timelines.
- How to manage operational workflows across multiple systems and service lines simultaneously
- How to build processes that make an entire team more effective
