Develop and implement best practices for administrative and operational procedures in collaboration with the Director of Operations, General Manager and lead Theater Manager.
Collaborate in operations and production logistics of DOC NYC, including venue management. Support Director of Operations and DOC NYC staff in hiring and onboarding key operations staff (IC roles).
Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless festival operations.
Support the organization in adhering to regulatory requirements, such as PCI Compliance, accessibility standards, infrastructure compliance (FDNY, DOB, and other city agencies) and state liquor laws.
Support intershow and preshow content with trailer inventory tracking, creating on-screen slide content, and archiving filmed Q&As.
Run lead on special events as needed.

Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree
2 years of experience in art house theaters, film festivals or facilities
Experience with Photoshop and non-linear editing systems, such as Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve

The base compensation for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 commensurate with experience.
