About the role
- The Transition Coordinator coordinates day-to-day operations of transition to adulthood (employment, volunteerism, service, independent living, leadership, advocacy, and post-secondary education) programs and services.
- Cultivates partnerships with local, state, and national organizations/agencies, as well as University staff, faculty, and departments to promote transition services.
- Coordinates compliance with internal program policies and regulations for all transition services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and provides staff support and guidance in the dissemination of information regarding best practices at state, regional, or national trainings and conferences.
- Works and provides guidance to transition staff to develop schedules, program structure, and training curricula.
Requirements
