About the role
- As a Senior Research Manager, you will be at the heart of the commercial real estate industry, facilitating market-critical information that enables our clients to make informed high impact business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 15 - 20 Portfolio Research Associates dedicated to growing CoStar's database through vetting new contacts and converting field research leads to new listings
- Effectively identify and manage performance opportunities in the absence of a formal scorecard
- Work closely with field research leadership to ensure the accuracy of incoming field leads
- Present leads team processes and workflow to incoming field research and architectural photography training classes
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through individual development plans tailored to skills, competency, and career development that results in a center of excellence.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
- Track record of commitment to prior employers
- Experience leading a team within a metric driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, objectivity and the ability to think strategically.
Nice to have
- Proven leadership ability and experience of leading a team of 8 plus individuals.
Compensation
- Is above $100,000 with performance-based bonus.
