Responsibilities

  • Analyze national security policy issues related to DoW support of National Drug Control Program objectives, identify stakeholder equities, and assist USG personnel in developing responsive CD/CTOC/CTF programs in coordination with other OSD offices, the Joint Staff, CCMDs, Military Departments, Defense Agencies, the USG Intelligence Community, other USG Departments, and U.S. and foreign law enforcement partners.
  • Provide decision-support assistance to ODASD (CN&SP) and USG personnel by analyzing ongoing and proposed CCMD and Defense Agency CD/CTOC/CTF programs and activities and making recommendations, based on USG guidance, for investment or other programmatic changes.
  • Dexis is recruiting Policy Analyst to support anticipated programming with the Department of War (DoW).
  • This opportunity will provide program support, policy support, and technical assistance services to support Counterdrug (CD)/Counter-Transnational Organized Crime (CTOC)/Counter-Threat Finance (CTF) mission needs of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), The Joint Staff, Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Military Departments, and Defense Agencies.

Requirements

  • P ossess a master's degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field of study.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
  • Possess ten (10) years' experience providing services to senior general/flag officer ranks and/or SES levels within the DoW, other government agencies, or industry corporate equivalents, and will be expected to perform at the level of a mid-range GS-15 equivalent.
  • Shall possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, and the ability to translate highly technical information into plain language for effective communication with Do W and other USG staff in the performance of all duties, tasks and services.
