About the role
- We're seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential window and door replacement projects.
- Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation, making the replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying.
- Review project details and develop installation solutions that align with homeowner expectations and site conditions.
- Serve as the lead field representative and primary point of contact for homeowners.
- Coordinate with installation partners to ensure crews are prepared for project-specific requirements.
- Provide field support and resolve installation challenges as they arise.
- Allocate materials and accurately manage job costs and labor rates.
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience reading construction documents and adapting plans to real-world site conditions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements
- You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Experience managing residential construction, remodeling, renovation, or home improvement projects.
- Window and door experience preferred but not required.
