About the role

  • The Additive Manufacturing Technician plays a vital role in the daily execution of additive manufacturing (AM) operations.
  • The AM Technician is expected to exemplify our core values and demonstrate operational excellence.
  • This position requires a detail-oriented individual with good mechanical aptitude, good hand-eye coordination with an understanding of production workflows, can adapt to shifting priorities, and is eager to learn and have competency with AM processes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with computer software.
  • The ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in Additive Manufacturing or Manufacturing.
  • Experience in aerospace or automotive AM environments.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards is a plus.
  • Experience with highly technical equipment such as lasers, MRI's, EDM's, Robotics, CNC's, and CMM.
  • Work Environment
  • Frequent standing, kneeling, walking, climbing, and machine operation in a factory setting.
  • A supportive and innovative team environment.
  • Must be able to lift 30+ lbs and perform hands-on physical tasks safely.

  • At Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at levels TCH 01 - TCH 03 as evaluated through our interview process.
