About the role
- Prepare itemized receipts, including total meal costs and sales taxes, and securely process customer payments.
- Roll silverware, stock food service stations, and prepare dining areas for the next shift or for large group reservations.
- Assist in clearing dishes, silverware, and glassware from tables for cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Perform other similar and related duties as needed to support kitchen and front-of-house operations.
Requirements
- Must have at least three (3) months of prior full-time experience as a server/waiter in a food service establishment (excluding delicatessens, fast food, or cafeterias).
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk without sitting for extended periods.
- Must be available to work split shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Experience must be verifiable.
- must have advanced English skills (C1)
- Over 21 years old.
