About the role
- As a creative leader and coach, the Manager upholds brand standards while fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and impactful, result-driven execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of integrated creative solutions that drive measurable outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders to align expectations, scope, and success criteria
- Establish and optimize scalable processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
- Manage intake, prioritization, and resource allocation to maximize team capacity.
- Oversee external partners and budgets to support efficient execution.
- Maintain brand standards and provide feedback to elevate creative quality.
- Develop team capabilities through coaching and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop creative team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7-9 years of experience in creative services, design, or a related field with progressive leadership responsibility
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management and project leadership
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of brand stewardship and design strategy
- Experience with AI-assisted creative tools, generative AI, and emerging technologies
