Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities Audit Revenue Marketing workflows to surface high-impact areas where AI and automation can reduce manual work - campaign builds, asset routing, email personalization, QA, reporting - and build a roadmap of initiatives with clear business cases and success criteria.
  • Design, build, and ship Design end-to-end workflows from intake to execution to reporting. Prototype agents and automations using LLM frameworks and low-code platforms, validate them with real users, and own the transition into ongoing operations.
  • Drive adoption and enablement Run training sessions, office hours, and 1:1 enablement so non-technical marketers can confidently use what you build.
  • Document everything - playbooks, SOPs, change logs - so solutions scale beyond you.
  • Lead change management across teams with varying levels of AI familiarity.
  • Measure and optimize Define KPIs for every initiative - hours saved, cycle-time reduction, campaign velocity, error rate, incremental pipeline - and report on them regularly. Partner with Data and RevOps to instrument tracking and surface performance insights.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, growth, or technical program management in B2B SaaS, with direct exposure to GTM systems and data flows (MAP, CRM, analytics, experimentation).
  • You have sufficient Python proficiency to read, modify, and debug scripts, API calls, and data transformations
  • you don't need to write production code from scratch, but you are not blocked by code.
  • You have successfully enabled non-technical stakeholders to adopt new tools or workflows.
  • You have a track record of scoping, prioritizing, and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives with clear milestones, owners, and outcomes.

Compensation

  • A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's leveling and compensation-including a candidate's professional background and experience.
  • This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
  • $148,500 - $183,400.
