About the role

  • We're looking for a full stack developer to join our small, fast-moving engineering team.
  • This isn't a role where you'll be siloed into tickets.
  • You'll also be expected to use AI tools as part of your daily workflow for coding, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Our company has grown from providing routine call center services to providing high-level, full-scale donor support resources and products.
  • You'll collaborate directly on design decisions, contribute to architecture, and have real input on how we build and improve our systems.
  • Build and maintain features across our Lucee/CFML backend and Angular frontend
  • Collaborate with the team on design and architecture decisions, from feature scoping through implementation
  • Troubleshoot production issues and own them through to resolution

Requirements

  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong proficiency with Angular (v12+)
  • Experience with Lucee, ColdFusion (CFML), or a similar server-side language.

Skills

  • Solid SQL Server skills, including joins, indexes, query optimization, and stored procedures
  • Additional Skills given Priority

Compensation

  • $80,000-85,000/yr depending on experience level
  • Remote Work - 100% remote
