Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain technical manufacturing procedures across multiple areas and processes
- Lead complex tasks, troubleshoot issues, and support the full product line as needed.
- Maintain key process variables and ensure accurate daily logging and escalation of concerns.
- Support 5S, safety, daily management, and production escalations.
- Train and mentor team members to build capability across the organization.
- In this role, you will be based at the new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility where we support the manufacturing of hydraulic actuators for today's aircraft.

Skills
- Strong technical capability with SOPs, engineering documentation, and complex product issues.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience using tools, equipment, and measurement instruments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions.
- Proficiency with lean, enterprise manufacturing systems, automation technologies, and production software.
