Responsibilities
- Develop amicable working relationships with team members, handle agent special service requests
- This job is located at 814 Commerce Drive, Oak Brook, IL 60523
- Through our check cashing stores, we provide consumers with convenient financial products and services to help them manage their day-to-day financial needs.
- Under the supervision of the Centralized Underwriter Manager, the Underwriting Support Specialist provides policy service support and centralized services to the Insurance Operations department.
Requirements
- Ability to meet production, quality and service standards
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, while practicing sound lending judgment
- Ability to assess information with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
Nice to have
- 2-3 years of data entry and/or loan underwriting experience preferred
