Responsibilities
- Lead complex program evaluation and advisory engagements from project initiation through reporting and presentation of findings.
- Design and apply evaluation methodologies, logic models, performance measurement frameworks, and analytical approaches tailored to client needs.
- Lead project teams by managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and client expectations.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients and provide practical, evidence-based recommendations to senior leaders and executives.
- Support and contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, client outreach, and thought leadership.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing methodologies and develop innovative evaluation and advisory solutions.
- Leverage data analytics, digital tools, and emerging technologies to strengthen evaluation design and insights.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Lead strategic client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
- Drive practice development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the Evaluation practice.
Requirements
- You are seen as a trusted advisor by clients, bringing insight, professionalism, and measurable impact to your work.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in business administration, public administration, economics, political science, social sciences, or a related field
- a master's or post-graduate degree is considered an asset.
- Experience with evaluation methods, logic models, performance frameworks, and outcome measurement.
Compensation
- The expected range of compensation for the Manager role $88,000 - $134,000 per annum.
