  • Position Details The College of Natural and Health Sciences has a position for a part-time Staff Assistant I (~20 hours per week) in the Nursing Department.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain student files in the department's databases.
  • Maintain office inventory and supplies.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Knowledge of or the ability to learn quickly The University of Tampa software programs such as Workday and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility is required during the operating hours of 8:30AM to 5PM

  • Two (2) years of clerical office experience.
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to establish priorities and manage time wisely.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and innovative organizational practices.
  • Monday-Thursday
  • Maximum work hours per week: 20

Nice to have

  • High school diploma required
  • college coursework preferred.
