About the role
- This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT team members, and vendors to ensure projects stay on track, risks are communicated, and deliverables are completed on time.
- Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this individual will play a key role in coordinating work across teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards for quality and communication.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of assigned IT initiatives using established project management methodologies
- Coordinate project activities across business and technical teams to support successful implementation of system updates and technology initiatives
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align project tasks and support successful project delivery
- Support tracking and coordination of issue management, contracts, budgets, cross-charges, and monthly reporting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in project management, preferably supporting technology initiatives
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project tasks and timelines
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting issue tracking, reporting, and operational processes
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under deadlines
Nice to have
- BA/BS in business administration, project management, information systems, or a related field preferred
- Experience using project management and work-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Wrike, or similar platforms) preferred
