About the role
- Over time, this role will expand to cover additional components, technical domains, and processes as organizational needs evolve.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end program management for workstation power supplies, from early development through end of life.
- Coordinate with an Outside Design and Manufacturing (ODM) system integrator responsible for PSU integration at the system level.
- Manage sample builds, logistics, and test readiness across vendors, ODMs, and internal engineering teams.
- Partner with stakeholders across prototyping, certification, compliance, documentation, manufacturing, and product support to ensure product readiness and alignment.
- Own program oversight of global power cords for workstations, ensuring correct regional variants and compliance.
- Own the program management aspects of EMC readiness across workstation platforms.
- Coordinate EMC testing execution performed by, or under the oversight of, ODM partners.
Requirements
- Proven program management experience within hardware, systems, or technology product development.
- Comfort working in technically complex environments.
- Four‑year Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a technical field.
- Demonstrated success managing external vendors or manufacturing partners, including schedules, deliverables, and cross‑company coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- The pay range for this role is $ 83,000.00 - $120,350.00 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
