Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR team to manage large group onboardings.
- Manage projects and initiatives as directed by management.
- Drive continuous improvement across all responsibilities & processes.
- Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports from Workday.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

Requirements
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Nice to have
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in HR
- PHR or SHRM certification
