Responsibilities
- Partner with electricians, testers, engineering, and production teams to maintain quality standards and support successful project execution
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in control panel manufacturing, industrial controls, switchgear, motor control, electrical assembly, testing, inspection, or related industrial electrical environments
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and Bills of Material (BOMs)
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical components, including relays, contactors, breakers, terminal blocks, power supplies, PLC I/O, drives, and control circuits
- Experience identifying workmanship issues, wiring discrepancies, missing components, incorrect terminations, and other assembly-related quality concerns
- Experience using electrical test equipment such as multimeters, continuity testers, insulation resistance testers, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and guidance within a production environment
- Review traveler documents, inspection records, and testing documentation to confirm required manufacturing and quality procedures have been completed
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Nice to have
- Familiarity with UL 508A, NEC, NFPA 70, or other applicable electrical standards
- Experience supporting customer, compliance, or third-party audits, including organizations such as Siemens, TUV, or similar entities
- Experience with nonconformance reporting (NCRs), corrective actions, root cause analysis, or quality management systems
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or providing technical guidance within a production or manufacturing environment
