About the role

We are hiring a Junior Analyst-Developer to help improve business efficiency through automation and AI-assisted tools.
This role combines process analysis with hands-on solution development using Microsoft's automation ecosystem.

Design and build automation solutions using Microsoft's automation and AI tools
Create internal tools, workflows, and intelligent assistants to reduce manual work
Document solutions and explain them clearly to end users
Support adoption of automation and AI tools across the organization
Building internal assistants that help teams find information faster
Improving document and data handling processes

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, or SharePoint
Success in this role comes from curiosity, logical thinking, and the ability to turn loosely defined problems into working solutions.
Prior experience with specific automation tools is not required.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving and learning new technologies.
