About the role

  • The faculty of the Department of Ocean Engineering and Marine Sciences (OEMS) in Florida Tech's College of Engineering and Science invites applications for the 2026-2027 academic year Doherty Visiting Professorship.
  • Our focus is to integrate science, engineering, and management in the marine environment.
  • OEMS offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in oceanography, meteorology, ocean engineering, environmental science and sustainability, environmental resource management, marine biology and ecology, and conservation biology.
