Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle searches across mid-level GTM roles, from intake through close
- Build consultative partnerships with hiring managers - set expectations, share market data, and push back when needed
- Design and run structured, competency-based interview processes and keep debriefs moving toward decisions
- Bring AI tools into your workflow where they create real leverage
Requirements
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- Proven track record hiring GTM roles in a competitive market
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools
- To be eligible, you must be based in Austin, TX.
