About the role
- This position will be on-site in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
- The Facility Operations Specialist serves as a flexible resource supporting operators and facility management, enabling efficient execution of routine activities and timely response to emergent needs.
- The role also includes performing designated security functions in accordance with site procedures.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift and/or material handling equipment experience (or ability to qualify).
- You don't need or expect to have a lot of guidance but you enjoy working in a fast-paced team.
- Motivated: You are self-motivated.
Nice to have
- Previous radioisotope research and test facility experience is preferred.
- Diligent and organized individual with project management experience.
- Passionate about unleashing beneficial isotopes
- Willing and able to learn quickly
- Eager to work on a dynamic team, receive constructive feedback, and grow with us
- Willing to think differently and do things in new ways
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly iterative startup environment

Compensation
- Salary: $90,000-$120,000

- This position may involve access to information subject to U.S. export control laws.
