About the role
- The role is hands-on and customer-facing, combining laboratory testing, engineering judgment, and technical communication to enable successful equipment selection, demonstrations, and customer adoption.
- Conduct laboratory, pilot, and production-scale testing of customer materials using Fitzpatrick, Quadro and Matcon equipment
- Analyze test results and prepare clear technical reports and documentation

Nice to have
- 2-5 years applications engineering experience (Applications Specialist)
- Hands-on experience with powder and liquid processing equipment
- Strong communication, analytical, and customer-facing skills
- Hands-on customer lab testing, sample evaluation, and technical reporting
- Customer interaction, demos, presentations, and occasional travel (regional & international)
- Strong emphasis on engineering judgment, customer problem-solving, and communication
Skills

- Total Rewards
- The compensation range for this position is $69,200.00 - $103,800.00, depending on experience.
- This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
