Responsibilities
- Project Management Manage and deliver key initiatives, leadership priorities, and cross-functional activities across the Cybersecurity, Systems & Resilience organization.
- Create schedules, lead follow-up meetings, manage risks, and ensure timely execution of key deliverables.
- Coordinate activities across technical, operational, and leadership teams to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Executive Presentation Development & Strategic Storytelling Create, refine, and deliver high-quality executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for senior leadership and executive audiences.
- Partner closely with cybersecurity, systems, resilience, and engineering teams to gather content, analyze information, and develop executive-ready messaging.
- Executive & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders by proactively identifying needs, anticipating challenges, and preparing materials that support strategic decision-making.
- Apply a continuous improvement (Kaizen) mindset to evaluate and optimize processes, workflows, and stakeholder engagement models.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-10 years of experience in project management, business operations, executive support, strategy, communications, consulting, or related roles.
Nice to have
- 5-7 years of experience supporting leadership teams, strategic initiatives, or cross-functional programs.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology, infrastructure, systems, resilience, or enterprise transformation organizations.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity, presentation, and content development tools.
- Experience applying Lean, Agile, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Project management certification or related training.
- Key Success Factors Executive-level presentation and storytelling expertise.
- Ability to translate highly technical concepts into strategic business narratives.
- Strong program and project management discipline.
