About the role
- Coordinate a variety of program activities, including but not limited to communications, events, and stakeholder engagement efforts
- May assist with student inquiries and provide information about program
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for program operations and processes
- Support faculty and staff with various administrative duties
- Perform data entry, information gathering and basic reporting assistance as needed
- Perform other duties, as assigned
- The Program Assistant provides various administrative and program support within the school for a specific program(s) or department.
- This position works collaboratively with faculty, staff, students and community partners to maintain accurate records, monitor key deadlines, and support student success throughout the program.
Nice to have
- Related administrative, student services, program coordination, data tracking, or customer service experience preferred
Skills
- Knowledge of data collection methods, tracking systems, and basic program evaluation principles, policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge of community partnerships and workforce development programs, particularly in behavioral health or social services.
- Ability to multitask, troubleshoot and problem solve, and work effectively under pressure within a collaborative environment.
