About the role

  • Coordinate a variety of program activities, including but not limited to communications, events, and stakeholder engagement efforts
  • May assist with student inquiries and provide information about program

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for program operations and processes
  • Support faculty and staff with various administrative duties
  • Perform data entry, information gathering and basic reporting assistance as needed
  • Perform other duties, as assigned
  • The Program Assistant provides various administrative and program support within the school for a specific program(s) or department.
  • This position works collaboratively with faculty, staff, students and community partners to maintain accurate records, monitor key deadlines, and support student success throughout the program.

Nice to have

  • Related administrative, student services, program coordination, data tracking, or customer service experience preferred

Skills

  • Knowledge of data collection methods, tracking systems, and basic program evaluation principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of community partnerships and workforce development programs, particularly in behavioral health or social services.
  • Ability to multitask, troubleshoot and problem solve, and work effectively under pressure within a collaborative environment.
