About the role

- Help define solution scope, assumptions, risks, and key considerations for prospective engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, priorities, and objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a credible advisor during early-stage ERP discussions.
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&SCM solution approaches aligned with client needs and implementation best practices.
- Develop scalable and cost-effective solution recommendations that support both business value and delivery success.
- Lead or support demos, workshops, and solution presentations tailored to client requirements. Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, estimates, and solution narratives.
- Develop business case and ROI messaging to help clients understand the value of the proposed solution.
Requirements
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend practical configuration, process, or integration approaches where required.
- Strong knowledge of finance and/or supply chain processes within Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
