About the role
- The Production Planner I is an entry-level position responsible for creating and maintaining efficient production schedules, ensuring that materials, resources, and labor are aligned to meet production goals and deadlines.
- The Production Planner I will work under the guidance of senior planners and managers to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
- Additionally, you will analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in scheduling and resource allocation and assist in the development and implementation of production planning policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will ensure that materials, resources, and labor are aligned to support production activities while monitoring production progress and adjusting schedules as needed to address any delays or issues.
- Furthermore, you will provide support and troubleshooting for production-related issues and perform data analysis to present relevant findings and suggestions to stakeholders.
- We deliver mission-proven technologies to our customers that safeguard our nation, protect space-based assets and enable space exploration.
Requirements
- Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
- 2 years of experience.
- Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or CIS.
- Certification: APICS.
- Experience using SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, Tableau.
Compensation
- $60,773.00 - $83,561.75
- Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
