About the role

  • Nitra maintains a hybrid work policy, with team members working from the office four days per week and Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day.

Responsibilities

  • Our goal is to provide an ecosystem of fintech and software solutions that help doctors better manage their practices, so they can have time back to focus on what matters to them most.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the technology stack, architecture, and development processes used in the product.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences that meet customer expectations.
  • Plan and execute successful product launches, including marketing strategies, sales enablement, and customer support readiness.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to distill and convey complex business concepts to C-suite executives at Nitra and external partners

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience working in software development and/or product management
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
