Work with purchasing, production and design engineering on component cost down efforts
Manage systems to capture and track material plans, inventory and status
Manage purchase request for R&D materials
Ensure all modules build documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Train product group personal to optimized component utilization, design practices, and improved NPI with Bill of Material.
Plan and implement component needs roadmap for present and future needs.

Are you ready to own your success and make your mark?

The candidate needs to be experienced with the development of modules and their associated components, data, PCB drawings and have knowledge of the applications, objectives and requirements of the module.
Experience with Parts Standardization application and technology insertion within the design process
Experience with Parts Standardization application, 2nd source and technology insertion within the design process
Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering (BSEE or MSEE)
At least 10 years of experience in component engineering and assembly engineering with a focus on high power module development and production.
