By bringing to bear customer insights, behavioral signals, and platform capabilities, we aim to build experiences that feel uniquely tailored to every buyer and seller.
You'll collaborate with product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver complex projects that move the company forward.
You'll bring rigor and growing product and technical command to help teams stay aligned, make smart tradeoffs, and deliver impactful results.
You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners to plan features that support the launch of product roadmap!
This role will partner closely with engineering teams; the role's primary focus is on driving product outcomes, roadmap execution, cross-functional alignment and business impact.
Trusted cross-functional partner who can influence without authority by keeping teams aligned, informed, and unblocked.
Collaborating with planning partners to build planning frameworks that would improve operational performance throughout the organization.

Strong understanding of product delivery, technical dependencies, and risk management.
Influence planning frameworks and operational excellence across multiple teams Proficiency with program tracking and planning tools like JIRA, Airtable, or Confluence.

Ensure program components align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Facilitate clear communication confidently across engineering, product, marketing, finance and executive audiences.

C$102,800 - C$137,200 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
