Responsibilities
- Maintain lab schedule to meet project timelines and make proactive adjustments based on staffing and other lab resources.
- Identify safety, quality, and cost improvement opportunities and drive problem solving with appropriate teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Engineering management consistent with company policies and procedures.
- Provide technical and planning guidance to the engineering design team and Engineering Leadership.
- Practice positive employee relations and develop self and others.
- Lead problem solving teams and assign continuous improvement projects to the team.
- Ability to organize tasks and manage projects
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Associate of Science degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional candidates with significant relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office modules: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word

Compensation
- This includes planning and assigning work to team members, tracking assignment completion, assisting team members with problem resolution, coaching and training employees, people development, performance evaluation, salary management, and budget management.
- 2+ years of experience leading people including recruiting employees, planning and assigning work to team members, tracking schedule, assisting team members with problem resolution, people development, performance evaluation, salary management, etc.
