About the role
- This position can be based out of the New York, NY, Purchase, NY or Melville, NY office.
- This position allows for defense and affirmative litigation arising out of BI, UM, Trucking and Transportation, Labor Law, First Party Property, PIP, Work Comp and more.
- In addition, you will apply your strong legal writing skills, and negotiate on a variety of complex matters.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for combatting fraud against the insurance industry.
Compensation
- $100,000 - $130,000 which is negotiable dependent upon experience level and portable business.
- The posted compensation range for this position is based on several legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Firm.
