Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Sourcing, and Finance teams to translate strategic margin objectives into seasonal plans and actionable business decisions.
  • Develop scenario analyses and investment tradeoffs to support decision-making and drive sustainable margin improvement.
  • Partner across the broader Product Finance organization to drive initiatives that improve profitability, processes, and analytical capabilities.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and strategic support to influence key decisions across product creation.

Requirements

  • Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence outcomes through financial insights and actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with experience building financial models and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business case development skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate financial concepts for non-financial audiences.

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, financial planning, strategic planning, accounting, consulting, or related analytical roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and develop insights that support strategic business decisions.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • You will serve as the primary finance partner for Product Creation teams and play a critical role in shaping profitable growth for a segment of the business.
  • You will influence product decisions throughout the creation lifecycle by providing financial insights, strategic guidance, and data-driven recommendations to Product and Finance leadership.

  • Monitor and communicate seasonal margin performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities while recommending actions to achieve financial targets.
