Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Sourcing, and Finance teams to translate strategic margin objectives into seasonal plans and actionable business decisions.
- Develop scenario analyses and investment tradeoffs to support decision-making and drive sustainable margin improvement.
- Partner across the broader Product Finance organization to drive initiatives that improve profitability, processes, and analytical capabilities.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and strategic support to influence key decisions across product creation.
Requirements
- Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence outcomes through financial insights and actionable recommendations.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with experience building financial models and executive-level presentations.
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business case development skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate financial concepts for non-financial audiences.

- 3-5 years of experience in finance, financial planning, strategic planning, accounting, consulting, or related analytical roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and develop insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- You will serve as the primary finance partner for Product Creation teams and play a critical role in shaping profitable growth for a segment of the business.
- You will influence product decisions throughout the creation lifecycle by providing financial insights, strategic guidance, and data-driven recommendations to Product and Finance leadership.

- Monitor and communicate seasonal margin performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities while recommending actions to achieve financial targets.
- Synthesize complex analyses into clear, compelling business stories and executive-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
