About the role
- Primary Position Tasks: Listing of the primary tasks the position will be responsible for:
- Deployment of Enterprise Wireless LAN solutions (HPE, Juniper)
- Audit existing wireless networks to evaluate performance, identify flaws, and recommend improvements based on industry standards.
Responsibilities
- The Senior Wireless Deployment Engineer is a critical technical role responsible for the design, deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of enterprise wireless networks.
- This position serves as a senior subject matter expert (SME) for Aruba and Juniper Mist wireless solutions, providing technical leadership across pre-sales, implementation, and post-deployment support.
- The Senior Wireless Deployment Engineer also provides front-line engineering support for complex customer environments and acts as an escalation point for advanced wireless and RF-related challenges.
- Design solutions that meet customer/project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure operational success.
- Maintain project timelines and deliverables while working in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship Required

- Bachelor's Degree or 5-7 years of industry Experience
Skills
- Advanced understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Experience using wireless survey tools such as Ekahau & Hamina
- Advanced knowledge of RF concepts including RSSI, SNR, Channel Sizing, Modulation, OFDMA, WPA2/3, DFS, 802.1x, etc.
- Experience supporting campus or enterprise WLAN environments
- Experience supporting 802.1x environments using Aruba ClearPass
- PKI Knowledge
- Essential Elements (Mental; Physical; Equipment used):
- Required to lift 20# boxes overhead, required to sit for periods of 2 -3 hours at a time.
- Required to use a ladder
