About the role
- We know there are channels and programs out there that can generate meaningful new revenue for Metabase - we just haven't found all of them yet.
Responsibilities
- You'll design and run a disciplined portfolio of experiments across paid, owned, and earned channels - newsletters, Reddit, Meta, email, digital events, conference sponsorships, and more - to figure out what actually works for our audience.
- You won't just run campaigns; you'll build the testing infrastructure and measurement rigor that turns early signals into scalable programs.
- We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks.
- This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable sketching a creative concept and building a performance tracking spreadsheet - and who finds genuine satisfaction in applying the scientific method to marketing.

Compensation
- The US base salary range for this role is $150K-$225K annually, plus equity and benefits.

- Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
