About the role
- The Sales Coordinator performs a dual role, sourcing and qualifying leads for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs ("RFXs"), and supporting the effective execution of sales operations across our direct and partner sales teams.
- You will leverage designated databases to source and qualify high-value leads in our key verticals (primarily US and India), support sales process execution, and take ownership of operational tasks that enable consistent and scalable sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and qualify high-value RFX opportunities using designated databases, ensuring accurate lead handoffs.
- Maintain sales process templates and manage essential procurement and billing compliance documentation.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Billing teams to ensure smooth process execution and communication.
- Build sales systems knowledge and contribute ideas to refine our operational ways of working.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent early-career experience).
- 1+ year of experience with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace) and CRM systems.
- Experience with SaaS/EdTech, sales processes, or cross-team project support.
