Leadership & Team Support
Operational Ownership: Manage the day-to-day video production stream, including task prioritization, blocker resolution, and timeline management.
Mentorship: Provide regular check-ins, constructive feedback, and growth support to capture artists and video editors.
Standards & Documentation: Define production standards, naming conventions, and technical workflows; onboard new team members; and create documentation to facilitate training.
Performance Reporting: Assist the Creative Agency Lead in monitoring team workload, morale, and performance risks.
Engine Mastery: Utilize deep knowledge of Unity and Unreal to capture in-game footage, manage camera setups, and troubleshoot technical constraints within game builds.
Editing Excellence: Apply a strong sense of rhythm, storytelling, and sound design to final edits, ensuring assets are optimized for various platforms.
Pipeline Improvement: Continuously refine and document capture workflows to increase speed, clarity, and reliability.
Project Organization: Partner with the Creative Project Manager to assess briefs, estimate effort, and identify production risks.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Marketing, User Acquisition, and Game teams to clarify constraints and align on the creative direction.
