- Your work will directly shape how effectively DoorDash's go-to-market teams engage customers, win deals, and grow long-term relationships with hospitality operators.
- The Sales Enablement team at SevenRooms sits at the intersection of Go-To-Market strategy and frontline execution.
Responsibilities
- As Manager of Sales Enablement, you will own and lead the enablement function across our full GTM organization - including Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
- You will set the enablement strategy, build and manage a team of enablement specialists, and serve as a key cross-functional partner to GTM leaders and senior stakeholders.
- This is a player-coach role with broad scope: you will both lead the team and roll up your sleeves to design programs, develop content, and drive adoption.
- You'll own the enablement roadmap, align it to revenue priorities, and report on impact.
- You thrive in a player-coach capacity - excited to both lead and manage a team and get into the details of content, programs, and field readiness.

Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a closely related GTM function - with at least 2 years in a people management or team lead capacity.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle SaaS sales and customer success motions, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Experience with enablement and GTM tooling: CRM (Salesforce), conversation intelligence (Gong), LMS or enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience building and delivering enablement programs that improved measurable GTM outcomes (ramp speed, win rates, retention, expansion, NPS, or similar).
- Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to build aligned enablement strategies.
- Excellent program design and project management skills
- able to manage multiple workstreams with competing timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - comfortable presenting to senior leaders and facilitating live training sessions.
- Ability to analyze data and build business cases for enablement investments.
- We expect this position to be filled by 9/21/26.
Nice to have
- A builder's mindset - comfortable in ambiguity, energized by creating structure where little exists.
- Experience in vertical SaaS, hospitality, or SMB/mid-market GTM environments is a plus.
Compensation
- The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
- Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location.
- In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week
- The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
- $122,400 - $180,000 USD
