Maintain exceptionally good housekeeping and continuously improve the orderliness of work area.
Partner with maintenance team to swiftly correct problems as necessary Ensure optimum employee relations atmosphere through participative management, proactive identification of opportunities to better support our team members, and by adhering to the CBA rules and company policies.

BS degree in business or related technical field 5 years manufacturing supervisory experience.
Ensure efficient and frequent monitoring of recipes, alloys, samples, laboratory work, chemistries, and other scientific testing to ensure production is safe, accurate, and within required specifications.
Participate in continuous improvement of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, 9001, IATF 16949 programs and procedures though active participation in the near miss program.
Handles containerizing and labeling universal wastes including batteries and lamps, as well as spent aerosol cans(HW).

$87,000-$115,000 May be eligible for a variable compensation plan bonus based upon company performance within fiscal year cycle.
As a result, our ranges reflect our good faith estimate to pay fairly.
The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be based upon various factors unique to each individual that may include but are not limited to years of experience, industry knowledge, technical skills, education, qualifications, etc.
