About the role

- The PM is responsible for various program attributes including financial reports, product development coordination, and scheduling.

Responsibilities
- Manages and contributes to all aspects of program execution to satisfy customer requirements and ensure profitability
- Plans, monitors, and manages to avoid specification shortfalls, budget overruns, schedule overruns and situations requiring emergency management
- Manages specification reviews to ensure the agreed upon specification meets the customer needs and can be achieved on time
- Creates and executes detailed program plans to satisfy the product specification and customer SOW
- Performs other related duties of similar complexity as directed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a solid understanding of manufacturing and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Program Management, Engineering and/or Sales
- Must have excellent communication skills and effectively communicate and engage all levels of the organization verbally and in writing
- Must be able to allocate time and resources efficiently, focusing on ever-shifting priorities
