About the role

The Supervisor will also play a key role in the recruitment, training, and professional development of case management staff.
The Supervisor will work in close partnership with the Eligibility Specialist and report to the Integration Program Manager.
This is a limited-term position funded through a grant agreement until September 30, 2026, and contingent upon funding extension.

Partner with the Eligibility Specialist and the Integration Program Manager to develop and implement program procedures and operational workflows.
Maintain consistent processes for receiving, reviewing, and routing referral documentation across the team.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Manage a caseload of up to 50% of the position's time, providing direct services to RCA clients as operationally needed.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social services or program management, preferably with refugee or immigrant populations.
Valid drivers license, access to reliable vehicle and ability to pass MVR standards
Ensure eligibility determinations and case enrollments are completed accurately and within required timeframes.

Confident public speaker.
Leadership and creative problem-solving skills.
Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Human Services, or a related field is preferred.
