The BOH Team Lead will manage and train employees in food safety, food production, guest relations, equipment use and maintenance.
Should have at least 2-3 years of supervisory or lead experience in food service.

Must be knowledgeable of various cooking techniques and have a passion for food.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
Must have New York City Food Protection Certificate along with previous experience in training, food and beverage sanitation requirements, equipment operation and liquor laws.
Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and be people oriented.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to present an uplifting personality while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and business ethics.
Must be receptive to working outside in inclement weather and extreme temperatures.
Must be able to work within an environment with loud noises and everchanging visuals.

Ensures that preparation areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner and in accordance with NYC Department of Health standards.
Food operations/service preferred in accordance with NYC Board of Health regulations.
