About the role
- Provide staff performance feedback, development opportunities, and conduct performance evaluations
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary activities
- Establish team schedules and priority alignment to ensure time- sensitive deadlines are met
Responsibilities
- As the Supervisor of the Records & Analytics Support Team, you will lead staff who advance the DA's Office data-driven approach through complex data entry and electronic record mainten ance while en suring the accuracy and integrity of criminal justice data.
- In this supervisory role, you will guide employees through complex administrative and case related processes, coordinate with cross ‑ agency partners, and serve as a primary point of contact for police records units throughout Washington County, the Portland Metropolitan Area, and key Circuit Court personnel.
- Assign, oversee, and ensure timely, accurate completion of case intake, data entry, data tracking codes, and distribution of court documents and notices
- Serve as a liaison with prosecutors, law enforcement, courts, and justice system partners
- Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Maintain CJIS compliance by exercising s trong discretion in handling sensitive records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate
- Minimum Qualifications
