About the role
- The Maintenance Technician III takes a proactive role in managing equipment maintenance.
- The Maintenance Technician III also assists in equipment calibration and ensures compliance with quality standards.
- In this role, you will take a proactive role in managing equipment maintenance by conducting diagnostic tests to identify issues and performing complex repairs.
Responsibilities
- You will develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and assist in equipment calibration to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Additionally, you will ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes and collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient facility operations.
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner, you will also assist in the procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment and support the maintenance team in ensuring the proper functioning of equipment.

Requirements
- Typically 4+ years of related experience.
- Experience in equipment maintenance, with a focus on diagnosing and repairing complex equipment.

Nice to have
- Experience in preventive maintenance and equipment calibration.
- Certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
