About the role
- Life Space Digital is reshaping the out-of-home media landscape through the deployment of digital screens in high-traffic office, multifamily, and retail environments.

Responsibilities
- Own market development and partner outreach within assigned territories
- Set and execute territory strategies to drive partner acquisition across key markets
- Build and nurture relationships with property groups, asset managers, and portfolio owners
- Manage a high-volume pipeline with support from internal marketing and operations teams
- Close long-term agreements that create strategic value and unlock revenue opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support smooth handoffs and implementation
- Share market intelligence on landlord priorities, competitive trends, and partner needs
- Drive prospect engagement and support multi-site deal execution
- Collaborate with leadership to support go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, commercial real estate sales, or a related field
- Familiarity with office, multifamily, retail, or commercial real estate markets such as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Chicago
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor value propositions to different stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience using a CRM
- previous experience with HubSpot is preferred
Compensation
- The base pay range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 with an uncapped commission structure.
