- Your role is to ensure Vista operates as the source of truth for construction accounting and project profitability.
- Diagnose and resolve integration failures that impact bid-to-budget cycles.
Nice to have
- Experience with hands-on M&A or system-integration projects-you've led data migrations, reconciled legacy systems into modern platforms, managed parallel runs, and owned the success of those integrations.
- Track record with construction ERP systems beyond Vista-experience with Sage, CMiC, Foundation, or similar platforms demonstrates adaptability and depth in construction-specific workflows.
- Demonstrated business partnership orientation-you've worked closely with operations, finance, and project leadership to solve business problems, not just IT problems.
