About the role

- Growth is accomplished through working collaboratively with the Geographic Directors, Principals, and Client Representatives for existing clients, as well as identifying opportunities with new clients.
- Craft and execute regional growth and program strategies for ecological restoration and services.
Requirements
- Work closely with Geographic Directors, Principals and Client Representatives to understand the local markets, client needs and communicate expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or Ecology/Natural Resources related field required.
Skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel; AutoCAD and/or Revit, Bluebeam or other PDF software.
- Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to solve challenging problems.
- Self-directed and ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
